Any memory intensive site needs a preloader. This lets the user know something is happening and keeps interest as the page loads. It’s important to keep file size low so make sure you’re using adequate compression and optimization- not just depending on a preloader to keep your viewers. Typically we want the page to load in less than a second. A user is not likely to wait more than a few seconds. Below are some nice free preloaders you can easily plug in to your site.
